Cancellation Policy This Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all clients who schedule services with [KODI BAKER] ("Company"). By booking an appointment with the Company, you ("Client") agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein. 1. Cancellations within 48 Hours: Any cancellations made within forty-eight (48) hours of the scheduled appointment time shall incur a non-refundable flat rate fee of one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125 USD). This fee is intended to cover the administrative costs and potential loss of business associated with the cancellation. 2. Cancellations within 24 Hours: Any cancellations made within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled appointment time shall incur a fee equivalent to twenty-five percent (25%) of the total booked rate. This fee is calculated based on the agreed-upon rate for the scheduled services and is intended to partially compensate the Company for the short notice and potential inability to rebook the time slot. 3. Acknowledgment and Agreement: By scheduling an appointment with the Company, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by this Policy. The Client further acknowledges that these cancellation fees are reasonable and necessary to protect the legitimate business interests of the Company. 4. Compliance with California Law: This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Policy shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the State of California. 5. Severability: If any provision of this Policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be ineffective only to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability, without affecting the remaining provisions of this Policy. 6. Modification of Policy: The Company reserves the right to modify or amend this Policy at any time. Any such modifications will be communicated to the Client and will become effective immediately upon such notification. This Cancellation Policy is effective as of January 1, 2024. By scheduling an appointment with the Company, the Client hereby agrees to the terms and conditions of this Cancellation Policy.
